About Axorum

The pairing is the story.

Controlling money that agents move takes two rare things at once: the judgment of someone who has run a financial close, and the discipline of someone who builds systems that cannot be allowed to get the numbers wrong. Neither is enough alone, so Axorum was founded by a pairing that holds both.

The finance operator who codes
Tim Fisher
Co-founder & CEO

Tim Fisher sees the accounting-layer gap from both sides of the financial close. He spent 13 years in Google Finance, ending as Finance Director running a $50B P&L across the eCommerce ads and organic shopping ecosystem. Before Google, he worked in TMT M&A at Barclays Capital, stood up an IRS large-corporation compliance program at Booz Allen, and forecast microprocessors at Intel. He holds a Kellogg MBA, is finishing Chicago Booth’s Chief AI Officer program, and serves as a fractional CFO. He reads the AP2 spec and writes the code.

Correctness-first financial infrastructure
Roland Rodriguez
Co-founder & founding engineer

Roland Rodriguez spent years building the ledgers, attestation, and event-sourced payments foundations this engine runs on. As AWS Principal Product Manager Technical, he led Rust adoption across Amazon and AWS, into infrastructure serving 300M+ customer accounts, and helped drive Rust into S3 Express One Zone and CodeWhisperer’s GA. Earlier he helped launch Microsoft Azure via Avanade. A US Air Force veteran, he has 8+ years of production Rust and authored rusty_paseto, acton-reactive, agent-uri, and beankeeper, a type-enforced double-entry accounting library, plus a paper under peer review on multi-agent coordination.
